INVITATION

Creative Evangelistic content to reach and equip the next generation of Christian believers

I was telling the story to my friend down the phone as this woman was looking me in the eyes. She looked so scared. And I knew the difference was that I have a hope in Jesus. She asked me how I was so calm, and I had to respond. The verse that came to mind—one I don’t think I’d fully understood before—was from Philippians, where Paul says, “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.”

I think it was then that I realised the difference. I knew that if I were to die, it would be a gain. It would be a graduation into glory—a return to the One who made me. And that was secure and peaceful.

I went through a pretty bad string of relationships before I became a Christian, and that pattern continued even as I started following Christ. But it wasn’t until I was in one of those relationships—and someone told me, “No one could ever love you”—that I thought, That’s not true. Because God loves me. In fact, He loves me so much that He died to prove it—so that I can be with Him.

I can’t come up with any sort of rational thinking. Nothing helpful or hopeful crosses my mind until I manage to find one single coherent thought, ‘Jake, you need a Bible.’ And there’s almost always one in my bag, but I’d taken it out. But there is a book in there – it’s a book on weakness. So, I flick through the pages expecting that there’s probably some Bible in there somewhere. I get to chapter one page four and it says, ‘As a Father has compassion on His children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him; for He knows how ae are formed, he remembers we are dust.’

Whereas before I’d put so much stock into worldly success and the praise of people around me, God showed me I needed to put my value in what He says about me. That I needed to trust in the God who has good plans for those that follow Him.

Disruption

We’re here to influence without being influencers. Through the creation of high-quality content that captures and keeps attention we’re taking people on a journey from consumer to engager to believer.

Demonstration

We’re all about stories. Real stories of real people demonstrating the impact faith in Jesus makes to our lives. We’re creating a space for honest and open reflection where every voice is welcome at the table and His voice is kept at the centre.

Invitation

Bridging the gap between content and community. With an audience less concerned with questions of how the world was made but rather how they should inhabit it, we’re inviting them to TRY Jesus!

In a culture where identity feels as fleeting as a social media post, and many hear the gospel as just a personal truth, it’s the undeniable power of Jesus—seen in the changed lives of peers—that draws people to him. We believe well-told stories are key to this so we’re helping people to craft and communicate their stories in a way that demonstrates the undeniable impact of the gospel of Jesus.
A five-part documentary-style film series for young adults that begins with their questions about truth, acceptance and belonging and takes people to Jesus. Each film begins by engaging with the common stumbling blocks to faith, told through stories of people’s lived experiences. As the episode continues, we hear how encounters with Jesus in John’s gospel have connected with these lived stories in a life-changing way.
An engaging conversation between Christians and unbelievers about the difference faith makes to the big questions in life. Watch a group of friends honestly reflecting together with humour, fun and moments of emotion. Aimed at those uninterested and a long way back from faith, the Stream Social is built to be accessible and highly shareable.
